…for UK Customers (after brexit) my site works in this way:

I follow the UK Government Rules (my Company has an UK Vat registration number)

1) orders for good value under 135£ threshold (excluded shipping) will be taxed with 20% UK Vat Tax and you will NOT pay customs/duties when will receive the parcel (shipping cost will be also taxed with 20% Uk Vat Tax)

2) orders for goods value over 135£ threshold (exclude shipping) will be NOT TAX ADDED (VAT) but you could incurr on paying customs/duties on import

Add one or more products to the Shopping Cart. But first read the title and the specifics of the object and if there are multiple choices or customizations click on the appropriate menus and click on ADD to Cart. Each object can have one or more mandatory choices (for example type of device: iPhone SE or 7 or others, colors: natural, red, black…). Could be non-mandatory fields as “customization with engraved initials” that can be skipped and not chosen. At the CHECKOUT VAT Tax  will be calculated depending on whether the shipping address will be. For European Countries will be added Vat, For Non- European countries not.

This site is for final customers only. So Companies which need invoice and VAT Exemption (as European ones) must proceed in another way.
The order must be placed directly by email: you must provide me by email all company datas (VIES), the bank transfer must be done by company’s account and the shipping address must be of the company itself… if all these requirements are met we can proceed.

You can cancel the order within 24 hours or the order will begin to be processed.

You can track your order directly from the order page or in any case in the email that will notify you of the order being taken by the Courier, you will be given a tracking code to check the status of the delivery.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Preferably Express Courier (Fedex, Ups, Dhl). Fully traceable, insured, possibility for the customer to agree on delivery, receipt of NOTICE delivered by email or SMS if you have indicated a MOBILE number during registration. .

For Italy SDA/DHL, Europe UPS Express is the only possible shipping method, while for shipments outside the European Union it is also possible to send a Traceable International Airmail Registered depending on the weight of the object and in any case up to 2 Kg. Beyond which the order will be sent via Carrier FEDEX/DHL Express.

Yes I ship internationally but not everywhere. Due my experience for example Duties for South and Central America are so high that I prefer to not ship (so call me directly to agree on eventual shipping). Russia not permits Express Carriers for private customers so will use Airmail Registered (goods will travel at customer’s risk).

At Cart or Checkout page if your Country is not listed will apeear a message so you can contact me directly to know if possible to arrange a special shipping to your Address.

DHL Express for Italy takes about 1 business day (usually not Saturday delivery). Obviously, the days needed to produce the object must vary, depending on the article. You are given an estimated shipping date on the page of each product next to the ADD TO CART button and ask for more information.
