I'm Nicola... I like defining me a "Real" man, a "Real" artisan, a "Real" free thinker ...
In this strange big world where all seems connected , all seems social, all seems very close... not so much can be considered authentically "Real".
That's why I'm trying to offer a "Real to real", "one to one", "human to human" service.
In other words : if a customer speaks with me by chat, by email, by phone or video I'm on the other side listening carefully and thinking how to solve problems and satisfy the client's expectations, putting a lot of passion in what I make.
For me it's extremely important not only the product itself but also what's behind the manufact and above all sharing ideas and thougths with my clients.
A "Real , Human, direct and personal" approach with customers is my first aim.
