We work on single customer for the single customer. We think that in a complex world overloaded with so many mass-produced items this is an “human” approach. Hope you join our Way of Work/Life.

Items made to order will be handmade after your order has been placed. You have 24 hours to cancel order before it will be processed.
Usually simple leather goods require 10 to 15 days to be produced while complex orders (as bag could require) 20 – 30 days (if not in stock).

very unique Bags such as Cordovan Shell Bags could require 30-45 days or more to be handmade so please call us to require an ETS (Estimate Time of Shipping).
‘In Stock’ items are typically dispatched within 24-72 hours from order time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm GMT.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, or you can choose an alternative product of the same value or be entitled to a full refund. There is no cancellation permitted once you are in receipt of your order.

Private or Company Customer

This site is for final customers only. So Companies which need invoice and VAT Exemption (as European ones) must proceed in another way.
The order must be placed directly by email: you must provide me by email all company datas (VIES, VAT number), the bank transfer must be done by company’s account and the shipping address must be of the company itself… if all these requirements are met we can proceed. If European Company need Invoice but not need VAT Exemption can conclude order as Final Customer on the website but Ask by email the Invoice (inclusive of VAT) which will be emitted and emailed.
NOT European Companies will be treated as Private Customer: We will emit a regular invoice for exportation.

Prices are displayed in EUR and are excluding VAT.

Customers Inside of the EU

NicolaMeyer.com is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU.

Customers Outside of the EU

For dispatch to countries outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged. These packages may be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the country concerned.

After UK Brexit orders over 135£ will be NOT charged by VAT in my shop but could be applied DUTIES by UK Government.

Exportation of Goods from Italy to USA is exempted to pay TAX and Customs for order amount within 800,00 U$D.

Exportation of Goods from Italy to AUSTRALIA is exempted to pay TAX and Customs for order amount within 1000,00 A$D.


IMPORTANT: for total amount order greater than 100/120/150 euro regarding different weight of the parcel the REGISTERED AIRMAIL (economic) option is not available, this is because the items flight at customer’s risk but for high value items it is not recommended due to avoid disputes.

Main Goods are made to order (as noted on our products pages) and will be handmade after your order has been placed. So need to be produced and then shipped.
Please ask Us an ETS (estimate Time of Shipping), it is possible also to accelerate the production timing if you are in a Hurry (ask us if possible)

‘In Stock’ items are typically dispatched within 24-72 hours from order time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm GMT.

Italian and European orders are sent using a fully trackable DHL Express Courier service and delivered to you within 1 business days after dispatch date.

International orders are typically delivered within 2-3 days using DHL Express Carrier shipping method.
DHL service permit also to manage the delivery timing, change address, or new instructions (so for this service better to have your email and also a mobile phone number).

Or using Registered Airmail tracked service (for low value items) could require 10-20 or more days depending upon the destination and customs processing. In this case the parcel flight at CUSTOMER’s RISK.
If choose this service you will check and track using the right page but please not ask us the status or to change something cause not possible with this service.

CANADA destination: ONLY USE the DHL Express delivery method cause WE had problems with Canadian National Postal Service delivery.

We will send all international orders using a trackable service. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be INSURED so please if any damage occurs please ACCEPT WITH RESERVE and contact us to advice of the problem.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


We will need to be contacted before we authorize any return/exchange.
We will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit of equal value minus shipping charges, however please note that we will not accept returns of any kind if the product has been specially made or customized for the customer in any way (color’s choice*, initials or text engraved, made to measure…). Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. The item must and be returned to us in its original condition and is to include all original packaging.
Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date.
All packages are to be fully insured. The package remains the under the responsibility of the customer until it arrives back with us. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We will NOT refund shipping costs or credit card fees + custom duty fees on return if may occur. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
